University House is a 7,000 square foot Pueblo Revival home that welcomes 10,000 guests a year. The historic house is situated on a beautifully landscaped one-acre lot located in the center of the campus. Built in 1930, President James F. Zimmerman and his family were the first residents. For the past seven decades, the house has been used as a home for the president and his family, a major entertainment center for guests, and a showcase for the University. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
