18th Annual Space Design Competition

at the Albuquerque Hilton

Students from schools around the state, Las Cruces, Hatch, Acoma, Ft. Sumner, Los Alamos, Mountainair, and Albuquerque to name a few, competed at this year's Space Design Competition. Cash awards of $100, $75, and $50 were presented to the top three entries in each of three divisions during an award ceremony following presentations by plenary speakers from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, NASA, and the Air Force.
