[Task 4] Partially Raised Gates for Low-Flow Management March 22

Current Opened Gate: Automatic operation #1~7, and 18.

Gates #1~7 were opened with automatic gate operation to keep 3.5 ft water depth. Gate #18 has been downed 2 ft since 21-Mar.

Water depth were measured 3.7 ft on PLC screen. River discharge has been increased, and the Paseo Del Norte (Near Alameda station) USGS station discharge was stop recording due to recalibration by City Water Utility Department as shown below.
