Central Gate Opening for Removing Sand Bar on Middle Channel March 30

Current Opened Gate: #12~22.

Gates #12 ~22 were opened to remove sand bar placed on middle channel. Gates were set 3.5 ft water depth and 3.2 ft was measured on PLC screen.

River discharge has changed from 2200 cfs to 1700 cfs for 26-Mar ~ 1-Apr (figure 1).

Although, sand bar on middle channel was still existed, south part of the sand bar on middle channel has been removed (in green circle, figure 2).

Small sand bar was found on flow diverting region front of the fish passage (figure 3)
