West bank erosion was found
downstream of the diversion structure.
Gate #24 (20 ft long), #4,
and 5 were lowered and gate #3 was partially lowered on 31-Jan-07. This configuration maintained the 3 ft design
water depth (4995 el. ft) as shown on the PLC screen. Some erosion was found on the west bank
downstream of gate #24.
On 01-Feb-07, gate #22 (20
ft long) was opened instead of #24. The
4995 ft design water level was maintained in this configuration.
