Current Opened Gates: Automatic operation of middle section gates for 3.5 ft water depth

Mid-west side gates were automatically operated to keep 3.5 ft water depth. On the PLC screen, 3.2 ft water depth was measured.
Sonarlite and GPS system was tested with JD. Lewis, a GPS survey expert in URS Corporation. Sonarlite was not initialized, but still GPS data was not saved. 
Three different GPS system: Trimble GPS in the boat; URS survey GPS with yellow sticks; hand-held GPS, were test and shows almost same longitude and 
latitude values (figure 2). Boat rack was made with PVC pipes by Kelly (figure 2).  New ordered rudder (wide one at left side in the figure) was not fit at this boat 
as shown in Figure 4.
