Lockers
Lockers are provided in the
Part Time Faculty Office area, room 113A.
You may choose an unoccupied locker and place your name on the outside. Please remove all contents at the end of the semester even if you
are returning the next semester. If a lock remains on a locker it will be cut off.
Mail
Faculty
mailboxes are located in the Academic Office.
Phone Messages
The Academic Office number, 925-8600, can be listed in your
syllabus
as the office number. Any messages taken by office staff will be recorded and message placed in your mailbox.
Copy Requests
Copy
request forms can be found at the front desk in the Academic Office. Fill out the form, leave it in the in-box, and the office staff
will complete your request. Your copies will be placed in your mailbox.
Among
other features, the
copy machine can staple and hole punch copies. Transparencies can be made on the copy machine, but you are encouraged to use the
presentation equipment in the classrooms.
We
do not make copies for students. Any student asking for copies for your class will need proof that
it is you who has asked for more copies. The student will need your copy code.
Class
Cancellations
If
you are running late or must cancel a class due to illness, please call
925-8600 as soon as possible. The office staff will contact students by phone if given enough time. It is important to realize that some students drive in
from as far away as Estancia. This means we need, if possible, two hours' notice before class to
contact students.
