We created the Student Success Project in order to help students at UNM Valencia make a smooth entrance into campus life and course work. The project consists of five steps that include valuable information to help students succeed. Students enrolled in an Academics class (Acad 100 or Acad 101) have an opportunity to cover the steps in depth, but those who are not enrolled in an Academics class during their first semester should take advantage of the on-line Student Success Project. The project includes: Learning Styles, Campus Resources, Career Options, Study Skills, Resources for Academic Success, and Library Orientation. Links to each step of the project are listed below. As you earn your Student Success Certificate, you will be gaining skills that are important for your success at UNM Valencia and beyond.
