Current Research & Interests

 

Focus on the hydrology and geomicrobiology of the springs in the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge with the purpose of relating the spring chemistry with underlying faults in this transect of the Rio Grande Rift Valley.

June-August 2006                NSF-REU Research Scientist, River Basins Research Initiative, Furman University.  Learned to operate ICP, IC, performed alkalinities, and conduct field research.
