*   Rankings are based on unrounded numbers.  Therefore, identical rounded
    values may appear in the table, but ranks may differ.  However, in the
    case of a true tie, counties share the same rank and the next lower
    rank is omitted.

NA  Not applicable.

1/  The homeownership rate is the number of owner-occupied housing units
    calculated as a percent of occupied housing units.

2/  The homeowner vacancy rate is the percentage relationship between the
    number of vacant units for sale only and the total homeowner inventory.
    It is computed by dividing the number of vacant units for sale only by
    the sum of the owner-occupied units and the number of vacant units that
    are for sale only.

3/  The rental vacancy rate is the percentage relationship between the
    number of vacant units for rent and the total rental inventory.  It
    is computed by dividing the number of vacant units for rent by the
    sum of the renter-occupied units and the number of vacant units for rent.
