1.  Click on the BBER PUBLICATIONS ORDER FORM and print the form, including
     the "Your Name and Address" section.  If you prefer, you may contact BBER staff and 
     request a copy of the order form.  See HOW TO CONTACT THE BBER

2.  Refer back to the Publications Catalog, 
    divided into four sections:
      Continuing (Subscriptions), Occasional, Single-Issue and Miscellaneous
      publications.  Remember a $6.50 handling fee is required if any
      Occasional, Single-Issue or Miscellaneous publications are ordered.
      No handling fee is required for Subscription Publications.

3.  Fill out  the order form and the "Your Name and Address" section .

4.  Make a check payable to Bureau of Business and Economic Research
     for the full amount.

5.  Mail the order form, your name and address, and the check to:

6.  Allow three weeks for processing and mailing.
