In this assignment we were to become familiar with the shapesfiles using Arc Map in telling a story about pan evaporation rates in New Mexico counties. My map show the counties names that I learned can be distinguished by name by clicking on Label Features of the layer newmexico. I also represented 3 NM dams with o symbol. The graphs represent two views; the first graph represents a simplified pan evaporation rate of all the counties. I tried to use the color ramp to represent all the counties on this graph but the graph grouped some data and I could not figure out how to represent counties separately. The second graph represents the 3 chosen dams. I labeled each bar graph and I believe that the graph is clearer with axis and bars labeled. I thought learning about the process was FUN!
