NEWS:  January 1, 2012, is the implementation date for the amendment to the Travel Policy approved by the Board of Regents at the October Regent meeting.  Travel reimbursement forms received by UNM Financial Services on or before 5pm on 12/16/11 will be processed under the current travel policy.  Forms received after that time will be processed under the amended policy.  The amended policy will be posted to this website next week.

 

 

On December 14, 2010, the Board of Regents approved the following new and revised Regents’ policies related to the Reorganization of the Health Sciences Center:

2.16     “University Counsel”

3.3       “Appointment and Termination of Key Administrators”

3.4       “Health Sciences Center and Services”

3.5       “UNM Health Sciences Center Board of Directors”

3.6       “UNM Hospital Board of Trustees”

3.7       “Institutional Compliance Program”

7.6       “University Enterprise Business Activities

7.8       “Signature Authority for Contracts”

7.14     “Risk Management and Insurance

 

In conjunction with the issuance of these new and revised policies, the following policies are being replaced (deleted):  2.13 “Health Sciences Center and Services,” 2.13.1 “Health Sciences Center Quality of Care,” 2.13.2 “Health Sciences Center Medical Staff,” 2.13.3 “Health Sciences Center Compliance Policy,” and 2.13.4 “University HIPAA Compliance Policy.”

This Manual is published for The University of New Mexico Board of Regents by the University of New Mexico Policy Office. Users should read the preface for critical information on the authority and use of this Manual. A search function is available to search this Manual for a specific term(s).
