Projections System Alerts

This page lists current known issues affecting the Projections System module and the Projections System Reports. When running large reports, DO NOT cancel out or close the report request before the report has completed. This action will cause the system to slow down the processing time on future reports. The time out period for Internet Explorer is 1 hour. If using Mozilla Firefox, the time out is approximately 2 hours.

Error Message "break-in attempt"
This is a LoboWeb feature and not an issue with the Projections application.
The break-in attempt is usually the result from multiple open LoboWeb sessions. Please refer to FastInfo #4598 for some causes and potential solutions for correcting the problem.

Error Message "You have encountered a potential security threat to the University on this page. Please call IT Customer Support Services at 277-5757 and provide the following ID: a number will display here"
The message is being raised by UNM's application firewall, which was installed several years ago to protect our ERP againist malicious attacks. It does flag false positives based upon words used within the text boxes that are not of malicious intent. Please call the IT Support Desk as instructed and provide a screen shot of the error message you are receiving. A ticket will be opened and an exception to the firewall rule will be made, which will allow your updates to be made.
