The Bursar's Office consists of Student Accounting and the Cashier Department.

Student Accounting generates account statements while answering inquiries from students, staff and retirees.

The Cashier Department is responsible for processing payments and financial aid disbursements.

The Bursar's Office and Cashier Department are located in the Advisement and Enrichment Center, Rooms 160 and 170.

 

The Bursar's Office is open Monday thru Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to staff meetings the Bursar's Office will open at 8:30 a.m. every second and last Wednesday of the month.

The Cashier Department is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the month's of August and January the Cashier Department remains open during the lunch hour between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. The Bursar’s Office will continue to be open to accept non monetary paperwork.  The drop box continues to be available on the south end of the Cashier Department to drop off student payments, money lists and locked bags.  We encourage all university students and employees to continue using Lobo Web online payment system for payments on account, billing statements, payment plans and review of account activity. Due to staff meetings the Cashier Department will open at 8:30 a.m. every second and last Wednesday of the month.

The two remote Cashier locations operating hours are Monday through Friday as follows:    The Health Sciences Center Cashier location hours: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.,  The Business Center Cashier location hours: 1.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
