Students enrolled in the  Office and Business Technology Degree or Certificate programs, are highly encouraged to join IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) student organization.  IAAP helps students work towards becoming a Certified Administrative Professional.

 
  IAAP's purpose is to provide its members and professionals with opportunities to:  Develop leadership skills and abilities, Use educational and professional development resources, Examine and participate in research affecting the profession, Stay informed on the future direction of business and office careers, Set standards for the profession and Promote and enhance the image of the office professional
