IAB Meetings
The CCMC Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) meetings are held semi-annually.
The locations rotate among the three CCMC Universities. The day
before the meeting officially begins is devoted to special CCMC
IAB technical interest groups such as ceramic armor and catalysts.
The second day features technical progress reports presented by
the Center PIs and students as well as a poster session and dinner.
An IAB business meeting is conducted the morning of the third
day. During this session the IAB reviews technical progress and
makes recommendations to the Center Directors broadly pertaining
to technical direction, project funding, Center organization and
other issues pertaining to the organization and running of the
Center. Prospective Center members are permitted to attend an
IAB meeting after signing an appropriate NDA.

Fall 2004 IAB Conference
This conference will be held at Penn State on Monday through
Wednesday November 1-3. Most activities will take place at the
Atherton Hotel and Conference Center, State College, PA. For more

Spring 2005 IAB Conference
This conference will be held in April 2005 on campus at Rutgers
in Piscataway, NJ. The date is TBD. Please contact Laura Chirichillo

Fall 2005 IAB Conference
This conference will be held In Albuquerque, NM on 4-6 October
at the Marriott Pyramid Hotel. It has been scheduled during the
Annual Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta week. This site was selected
since it overlooks Balloon Fiesta Park and provides good viewing
of the activities for participants and their families. It also
affords an opportunity for participants to come early or stay
late to enjoy the Balloon Fiesta. For more information, please
