Paul started at CELAC as an instructor in the Fall semester of 2000. After earning his M.A. in Linguistics in 2003, he became the Assistant to the Academic Director and worked in that role, while continuing to teach, through 2007. In 2008, Paul became the Academic Manager of CELAC. Before working at CELAC, Paul also worked at a variety of English programs in Mérida, Venezuela and was a volunteer ESL teacher in Minneapolis, MN while finishing his undergraduate degree in English and Spanish. He has also taught classes in the Linguistics and Spanish departments at UNM. He is currently working on completing a Ph.D. program in Linguistics with a concentration in Speech & Hearing Sciences.
