A 12-hour course for the novice computer user, designed to be the trailblazer for all other Windows 95 classes. Its purpose is to acquaint students with the terminology and concepts needed by the new computer user before plunging into more specific Windows 95 software packages. The Windows 95 operating system will be explained in hands-on lessons. The student will be given the opportunity to examine a word processor, a spreadsheet, and a graphics package, three widely used computer applications. Prerequisite: None.
Note: This course is also offered at our West Mesa Center lab.
