The courses in the Computer Program offer students high-quality, hands-on instruction in one of our seven UNM Continuing Education Computer Laboratories. Courses are taught on PCs or Macintosh computers, one person to a computer, with a maximum of 12 persons in a lab. The courses in this section are held in one of our Albuquerque laboratories located at the UNM Continuing Education Complex - South located at 1634 University Blvd. NE. Rio Rancho courses are held at the Continuing Education West Mesa Center located at 4100 Southern Blvd. SE, Suite 180-A in Rio Rancho. All courses include a customized manual or text. If you need information about which PC courses are best for you, you may call the computer program staff at 277-6036 or 277-6035. For assistance in deciding which Macintosh courses are best for you, call 277-6037. To register for a course, please call 277-0077.
Requests by parents or guardians for students under 18 years of age wishing to register for adult-oriented courses are required to call Leah Kier, Computer Program Manager at 277-6036 for information on the procedure. Unless this requirement is adhered to, the student will not be considered for admittance.
