It is the mission of the UNM Professional Development Program to serve the people of the state of New Mexico commensurate with its resources and those of the nation. The UNM Professional Development Program develops, implements and offers selected quality, non-credit and professional certificate programs and courses, covering a wide spectrum of academic, professional, and occupational fields. These offerings are designed to provide a broad and balanced opportunity for professional growth and development for all interested individuals. Requests by parents or guardians for students under 18 years of age wishing to register for adult-oriented courses are required to call Eduardo Rodriguez, Associate Dean of Non-Credit Programs, at 277-9280 for information on the procedure. Unless this requirement is adhered to, the student will not be considered for admittance.
