1903 Listening for Understanding

Superior listening ability is the most important communication skill. Research shows that the largest portion of a supervisor’s communication time is not spent speaking but listening. Therefore, to neglect this skill is to neglect the most important area of communication. Successful listening helps you to get results by ensuring that you are getting the information you need to do your job well, and it also is the world’s greatest, and least expensive, morale builder. Please join us for this enjoyable, hands-on workshop in developing excellent listening skills.
