I successfully finished and defended my master's thesis on 31 July 2008. I am now pursuing my PhD in Computer Engineering with a focus in Computational Intelligence, and hope to be done in May 2010.

I am a graduate student intern at Sandia Nationanl Labs working in the Cognitive Sciences department. We are working on a computational neuroscience project modeling human memory. I formerly worked in the computational modeling department helping to develop a finite element mesh generation software known as CUBIT
