  • Creating and Running Live Linux Operating Systems

    NOTE: It is safe to BOOT a live CD OS from your CDROM drive or a USB OS from your USB port as this will not affect the contents of your hard drive. INSTALLING an operating system may destroy the contents of your hard drive (including your existing operating system)! Do not INSTALL a Linux operating system before you understand how to protect your existing operating system.
