  • Your rough draft is due the week after Spring Break. Don't delay in getting started.
  • UNM Spring Break is the week after next – not the same as APS (sorry!).
  • Don’t forget to make an appointment if you have questions about your assignments, want to go over ideas, or just want to chat.
  • Interactive presentation: Nativist modesl of SLA -- focus on Cummins.
    Quick write: "What are the most important concepts you have learned about theories of language development as a result of the readings and class discussions to date?"
    Nativist perspectives on language development.Small group activity: 
      Using the handouts provided in class, create a sample lesson by changing the context-reduced tasks to context-embedded.
