To print in Internet Explorer, open View->Text Size and select Medium.
Left click in the right frame and go to File->Print Preview.
If necessary change the dialog box from "As laid out on screen" to "Only the selected frame".
Click on the Page Setup button, which is next to the Print button.
Change Orientation, if necessary, to Landcape and adjust the margins to 0.25" in all directions.
Now print the web page.
