**ACCESS ISSUES!!**
Some people are unsuccessful in accessing the updates posted on this page. I think the problem is that the old version of the page is probably "cached" in their web browser.

A "cache" is an area of PC memory used for the temporary storage of frequently used data to allow faster access. A browser program (Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, AOL, etc.) will go back to the PC memory and keep getting the old "cached" page when ask to go to a webpage-- unless the "cache" is emptied. Once the "cache" is emptied, the browser will go out on the Internet and get a more recent page. Here's some tips to remove and reload/refresh with the new page:

How do I clear my browser's cache?

As we understand, one reason why your access to "NURS 249 Health Alterations IV" might fail is because there may be an old copy of one of its pages in your browser's cache that is conflicting with the current version of the page. To correct this situation, please clear your cache using the following instructions:

for PCs:
If you use
Internet Explorer:
- Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Select the General tab.
- Click the Delete Files button in the section called Temporary Internet Files.
- Click OK.

If you use Netscape:
- Click on Edit.
- Go to Preferences.
- Click on the plus (+) symbol next to Advanced.
- Choose Cache.
- Click on Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache.
- Click OK.

If you use AOL:
- Go to Keyword: Preferences.
- Click the hyperlink for Internet Properties (WWW).
- Select the General tab.
- Click Delete Files under Temporary Files.
- Click OK.

**After you have cleared your cache, please make another attempt to access the "NURS 249 Health Alterations IV" homepage.

for Macs
]In Microsoft Explorer go File -> Preferences -> Web Browser -> Advanced -> Cache -> click "Empty Now" then OK. Reload/Refresh the site and try again.

In Netscape go File -> Preferences -> all the way down the left side window is Advanced -> click Cache-then click "Clear Disk Cache Now" then OK and Refresh/Reload the site.....well you're on your own....good luck

GOOD LUCK!
