| Susanna M. Murphy is a Lecturer for the Educational Leadership Program in the College of Education’s Department of Educational Leadership and Organizational Learning at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Murphy received her Ph.D. in Educational Administration at New Mexico State University. She has 26 years of educational leadership experience in New Mexico’s public education system, serving as an elementary principal, school district superintendent and as the Deputy State Superintendent for Instruction at the state education agency level. Her teaching is focused on Organizational Development, Behavior and Analysis, with particular attention to process and systems improvement in the educational setting. |
