My primary responsibility is to facilitate the field-based internship experience as part of the preparation of future school leaders. Graduate students may complete an internship at the local school level, school district level, or state level.
My teaching concentrates on school leadership, curriculum planning for school leaders, and school-community partnerships.
My scholarly interests focus on the characteristics of effective school-community leadership and instructional leadership strategies. I have written articles examining the implementation of school-community strategies.
