Some Web Pages

I maintain web pages for both work and play.

Web Searching Guide
One section of the University of New Mexico General Library's instruction pages. Now in the process of being updated and converted to a tutorial, so portions are out of date.

New Mexico Academic and Research Librarians
I developed the original web pages for NMARL, New Mexico Academic and Research Librarians. I am no longer responsible for maintaining them, but the look and structure remain similar.

Spanish in Libraries
I developed these pages for the 1999 New Mexico Library Association Annual Conference in Carlsbad. I no longer keep them updated, but there are still a handful of useful links.

Teaching Competencies
The University of New Mexico's Library Instruction and Reference In-Service Committee (LIRIC) generated a list of teaching competencies with three goals in mind: to improve the quality of teaching in the information literacy program, To create an outline for training in pedagogy, and to provide a mechanism for self and peer assessment in library instruction.

UCLA Bruins
I am a Bruin fanatic. Now that I live in New Mexico, it's harder to keep up, so I put together a list of the best sites for following UCLA sports.
