Portfolio Preparation

This course is for students preparing a Writing Portfolio as part of their Writing Proficiency Requirement. English 298 will help you put your portfolio together. You'll learn how to select your best writing samples from work you have done, or are doing, in other UNM classes. You'll also learn how to revise your papers and how to write an effective cover letter. The portfolio workshop is a one-on-one tutorial that meets once a week for an hour, at a time arranged between the student and the instructor. There is also time available for individual conferences.
