KEVIN CASSELL(BA, University of Maine, 1986; MA, Northeastern University, 1989) teaches Exposition, Argument and Analysis, Technical and Professional Writing, and Surveys in American Literature. He coordinates and teaches in the Spoken Word Studies Initiative. He has taught at the University of Maine at Fort Kent, Northeastern University, the University of New England, the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University, and most recently served as Department Head of English at the University of New Mexico--Taos. Internationally he has taught at Amakusa Senior School in Kumamoto, Japan; the Fiji College of Advanced Education; and the Colegio Internacional de Caracas in Venezuela.
