As a professional writer, Valerie has created numerous training manuals, developed curriculum for workforce training programs, and written proposals to the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Education, and the National Endowment for the Humanities, and to Sandia National Laboratories.
