Periodically, we will form panels of 3-5 students who will each talk for 3-5 minutes about their own life experiences with reference to the week's assigned reading. Panel participation earns extra credit. We want each panel to tap into the demographic diversity of the class, so the application asks for some information about your background. Once we schedule you for a panel we'll give you more information on your brief presentation.
If you are interested in being on a panel, return the application by Wednesday, September 6 (Wed Aug 30 if you are interested in the first panel). Bring it to class or send it to Stacy at keogh@unm.edu.
