Jurors are Judy Chicago and Meinrad Craighead

Judy Chicago is an internationally known artist, author, feminist, educator, and intellectual
whose career now spans four decades. Her most well-known work, The Dinner Party,
executed between 1974 and 1979 with the participation of hundreds of volunteers, is a
monumental multimedia project, a symbolic history of women in Western Civilization. The
work is on permanent exhibit at the Brooklyn Museum of Art.

Meinrad Craighead is an artist, scholar, and visionary who has spent a lifetime mining the
world's mythology to explore our human relationship to the Divine as represented in
historic religious icons, particularly images of God as the Great Mother. After 14 years of
monastic life, Craighead emerged to begin her most fruitful artistic period, working on a
series of extraordinary images of the feminine Divine.
