In the space below, please provide any feedback you feel would assist FSM in refining this report to better suit your needs. The overall purpose of this report is to provide an accurate comparison between the fiscal year budget and actual operating ledger activity by college.

Feedback can consist of anything about the report, such as:

• “look and feel” of the report, is it easy to use and/or understand?
• Accuracy of data in the report, are the numbers correct?
• Does the report compare the correct information for your college? If not, please explain why this method of comparing data doesn’t apply to your college. Are there calculations and/or manipulations performed outside of the system on a regular basis to provide your decision makers with the same type of data? Please be as specific as you can, and FSM can possibly incorporate these methods into the report for your college to assist you in your decision making processes. Attaching spreadsheets and documentation to be sent in a separate email to FSM would be very helpful.
