Can an ethical person be successful in business, education, engineering, health-related fields, science and technology, and other careers? This FLC will explore the ethical challenges in organizations and focus on how to use ethical principles to deal with them. Organizational and professional contexts for ethical decision making will be examined. Students will be introduced to case studies to strengthen the emphasis on ethical analysis and practical application. This FLC is made possible through the Jack and Donna Rust Endowed Professorships in Business Ethics at the UNM Anderson Schools of Management.
