FIG 654- The transition from high school to college can be dramatic and shocking, and it can have many effects on your emotional and physical health. This class is a positive and fun way to learn about the changes that will occur, not only during this difficult and exciting time, but also throughout your life. We will learn how to manage our health through a variety of methods such as movies, guest speakers and hands on activities. Topics include sexuality, life choices, stress and time management and substance abuse. This FIG is designed to help you be successful in college and life! |
