Catalog Description: A one- to three-hour seminar for 25 first term freshmen which meets once a week to explore the university, its resources, and how to enhance important skills for a positive college experience.

 

FIG 664- This FIG will examine the social norms that a typical freshman brings to their college experience and the social norms they encounter. In addition to activities and discussions on current topics and theories related to social norms, the students will have an opportunity to participate in a research experience that will further enhance their understanding and knowledge in this area.
