Business Center Reorganization
The 3rd floor of the Business Center, on which Unrestricted Accounting – Main is located, has undergone some remodeling and reorganization. As of Tuesday, February 7, 2012, the Payroll Department will also be located on the 3rd floor. Access to suite 3600, at the south end of the hall, which was formerly the entrance to Unrestricted Accounting, will be restricted to Payroll employees only.
Visitors to Unrestricted Accounting should enter through suite 3100, at the north end (just west of the elevators). Front desk personnel will contact who you need to see.
Documents or other mail/correspondence that you previously dropped off at suite 3600 should now be taken to suite 3100. There is an “in-basket” on the shelves just inside the door. There is also a drop-box on the wall outside of suite 3100. Please only use this outside of normal business hours (before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm), and during the lunch hour (12:00 - 1:00 pm).
Also, please note that Petty Cash documents may not at any time be dropped off; the person delivering the document will be escorted to our work area, to wait while it is reviewed.
