A graduate seminar concentrating on implementation aspects of emergency intervention, with focus on insurgency, unconventional war and “armed nation building” in specific contexts. Cases include Afghanistan, Bosnia, Georgia, Kashmir, Kosovo, Moldova, Tajikistan.
