Recruitment is the period when fraternities and sororities invite individuals to join their organization. Formal Recruitment usually occurs during the first two weeks of each semester. Informal Recruitment continues throughout the year. Women's Recruitment is a structured process with specific times for the events, while Men's Recruitment is less structured.

An Informational fair that takes place during UNM's Welcome Back Days. During the fair, you can meet members of UNM's fraternities and sororities and see if Recruitment is for you. Women can sign up for more information on sororities and men can pick up schedules of fraternity recruitment events for the following week. We hope you'll stop by and meet us!
