The United Leadership Council of Albuquerque is a local non-profit, non-partisan group. We are committed to developing leadership and empowering citizens in our community through civic participation. Currently we are conducting a Get-Out-The-Vote program in the Albuquerque Hispanic community. The ULC believes Hispanic voters have an opportunity to make a serious contribution in the November election and wishes to assist by any means possible. The ULC will be making Get-Out-The-Vote phone
calls from 5:30 to 8:30 Monday thru Friday and 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Sundays, along with neighborhood canvassing and transportation to the polls on Saturdays. This is an
excellent opportunity for young people to get involved in their community and experience how our Democracy works first hand. Please join us!! If you are interested or would like more information please contact Jacob Salazar at (505) 261-8421 or e-mail at ULCofAlbuquerque@hotmail.com. We will rely mainly on volunteers and also have a few part-time positions available.
