FACULTY COMMITTEES

The Academic Freedom and Tenure Committee and the Committee on Governance are constitutionally designated standing committees of the general faculty.

Members are elected by the entire voting faculty.
All other standing faculty committees are committees of the Faculty Senate.

Functions, duties, and composition of these committees are detailed in the individual committee descriptions in Section A (A52.1 and A52.2). The membership list for each of these committees can be accessed at http://senate.unm.edu/
