1) What are the hours of operation?

Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
Tutoring hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
Computer lab hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

2) What makes Highway to Success so unique?

The "Highway to Success" Learning Communities program is designed to help developmental studies students succeed in college.

Groups of students take classes together
Easily formed study groups
Dedicated full time instructors
Tutors attend classroom instruction
Individual tutoring offered Monday - Friday
Tutors provide supplemental instruction
State of the art computer lab
Quiet learning environment called the Learning Café

3) What requirements must a student have to be eligible for the program?

Students must place in two (2) or more developmental studies courses which include:

Math 099
Math 100
Math 193
English 099
ACAD 100
Accelerated English 099/100
ACAD 101
English 100
UNIV 101

4) How does a student apply for admission and is there an application fee?

No application fee
Take either the COMPASS Placement Test or ACT

Are skilled in Math, English, and Academic courses.
Attend classes with the students to know what material is being covered and what methods are being used.
