Joel Ryan is an EEO Compliance Specialist with the UNM Office of Equal Opportunity and reviews Faculty hiring processes, investigates Civil Rights complaints, and participates in outreach efforts. He has over 20 years experience and background in law enforcement specializing in criminal and administrative investigations, training, and management. Joel was also a consultant and instructor conducting train the trainer and EEO programs that included best hiring and management practices, ADA, and sexual harassment to first line supervisors and upper management in the government and private sectors.
