Expressive Art Workshop:
Relax, Create, Communicate

 

 


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

In this workshop you will learn to relax and use art and writing to talk about yourself and your life experiences. Expressive Art helps to release the negative energy that can block your body's ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This course is not about being an artist but about expressing yourself through art. Prior experience is not necessary. Basic materials will be provided.

PROGRAM LENGTH

2 hours each session

LEARNING OBJECTIVES


Upon completion of the workshop, participants will:

  • Learn relaxation techniques.
  • Learn to express yourself using art and writing.
  • Get in touch with the emotions which are affecting your body, mind, and spirit.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All employees who are interested in releasing stress.

None

TEACHING METHODS

Hands on art and writing exercises.
