Hilton Albuquerque

NOTE: The Albuquerque Hilton, the host site of STAIF-2005, is now completely booked. Arrangements have been made with the Fairfield Inn, located adjacent to the Hilton, for additional rooms. The Fairfield Inn will honor the same room rates as the Hilton. Please make reservations directly with the Fairfield Inn at (505) 889-4000. Guest rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Albuquerque. Located in the University District, the Hilton Albuquerque captures the unique flavor and artistry of the great Southwest.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations directly with the hotel. Reservations should be made directly to the Hotel Reservation Department by the cut off date of February 1, 2005. Please mention you will be attending STAIF-2005, and our code "STAIF-5". Contact the hotel directly at (505)884-2500 or (800)274-6835, preferably between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, or by email at abqhi-reservations@hilton.com. The overflow hotel is the Fairfield Inn, located adjacent to the Albuquerque Hilton, where additional rooms are being held for STAIF-2005 attendees.

RATES

The prefered rates are based on the current Federal Government Per Diem and are subject to change. The hotel will charge the Federal Government Per Diem in effect at the time of the conference. In order to receive the preferred rates individuals must identify themselves with the Space Technology and Applications International Forum (STAIF-2005) and our code "STAIF-5". Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out time for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with STAIF at the time the reservation is requested. After the cut-off date of February 1, 2005, reservations will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis.

The following rates are current as of March 23, 2004 and are subject to change.

HOTEL POLICIES

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or a first night's room deposit plus tax. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival to avoid billing or forfeiting the deposit received. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is noon.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE ALBUQUERQUE INTERNATIONAL SUNPORT

1. Exit airport onto Yale.
2. Take Yale to Gibson.
3. Turn left on Gibson and move into right lane.
4. Turn right onto University Boulevard.
5. Follow University Boulevard past Interstate 40.
6. The Hotel is located on the far side of Interstate 40 and University. It will be on your left.
