Job Summary Statement:
Primary responsibilities include supporting the New Mexico
(MAC), Amarillo, Tucson (SAMOA), and South Plains
McDonald's co-op account marketing team, focusing on
coordination of projects as outlined. This position reports
to Ashley Zillo.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Working with account team in implementing and
executing all New Mexico (MAC), Amarillo Tucson (SAMOA),
and South Plains co-ops team responsibilities as outlined /
assigned
• Assist with the preparation, planning, development,
presentation and execution of all meetings:
• Meeting facility set-up and tear-down
• Assist with preparation, assembly and delivery of
all meeting materials/packets
• Support Account Team in the requesting and
preparation of:
• Meeting agendas and information packets
• Co-op sales analysis and market trends
• Next Steps (Within 48 hours of meeting)
• Assist with the execution of local store marketing
efforts
• Create co-op monthly calendars (McFlashes as
needed), accurately and on time
• Develop and foster positive relationships with the
client and community to build trust, respect and confidence
General:
• Foster a positive attitude among fellow agency
associates
• Manage all projects on-time and on-budget
• Provide Account Supervisor with continual feedback
on self and New Mexico (MAC), Amarillo, Tucson (SAMOA), and
South Plains co-op account
• Adhere to all company policies
• Assist with any and all projects/assignments as
requested

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, develop & interpret marketing
materials, co-op minutes & purchase order requirements.
Ability to effectively present information to top
management, co-op groups, owner operators & sales meeting
groups. Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define marketing needs, develop ideas, collect
data, establish facts, plan meetings & meet deadlines.
