| Description: |
This is shift work at our Data Center. NOC techs are
expected to be onsite for the duration of their assigned
shift (generally early morning, nights and/or weekends).
During the shift, the tech will be expected to assist data
center customers with the facility, provide remote computer
support to our home office users, walk the facility to
check for potential problems, and other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: |
- Basic computer and technical skills (this is an entry
level position, but existing skills is a plus).
- Experience in home networking - Phone/remote customer support experience - Good customer service skills - Flexibility and a willingness to learn | ||
